Get out into trees. Trees will absorb any heavy or negative energy from you. They will take it and send it all into the ground. Fill your lungs with fresh air. Dive into the water if you can. If it is raining, turn your face to the rain and let it wash away your cares. If it is snowing, bundle up and enjoy the sensation of the flakes falling on you. Don’t keep yourself shut up inside. Inside can become too restricted. Outside is expansive. Get outside and expand. Let your spirit enjoy the unboundlessness of the world outside. Nature is a gift to you.
