There may be tough decisions to make. Make them! Make them based on what is best for everybody, not what is best for your ego. There is no room for ego in anything that is going on right now. As a leader, put ego aside and focus on what the needs of the group are. This is to be a true leader, which is what the King of Swords truly is, and what you most need to tap into today.
