New beginnings are nice. It can be refreshing to wipe the slate clean and start over, and when you finally get to the point where this is what you can do, doesn’t it feel powerful? Doesn’t it feel freeing to let go of the stress that was leading up to this new beginning and finally have that fresh new change? Leading up to a change can cause anxiety when you are not sure what to expect on the other side of it. we can over think it.
We can imagine worse case scenarios and brace for them, causing inner-turmoil in the process. When we finally get past all of that though, we can take a deep breath and get comfortable in the new paradigm. This is what feels good- that sense of relief that whatever was shifting has finally shifted. Today, celebrate those shifts. You got to them and you got beyond them. Feel good about that.
