Let this be your motto for the day: “If you’re not having fun, then you are doing it wrong.” Focus today on the things that make you happy. Forget stress. Forget pressure. Forget regrets, grudges, anger, all that. Focus on having a good time. If, to do this, you need to forgive others for whatever, then do it. If you need to look at a situation from another angle, one that has a positive spin to it rather than negative, then do that too. What does your spirit absolutely need right now in this moment? Do what you can to provide it. Whatever it takes today, just have a good day without making excuses as to why you can’t. The idea that you can’t is ridiculous. You can. So do it.
