The Star Tarot Card: Be Appreciated
The Star tarot card tells you, take compliments. Don’t feel like you have to be humble when somebody says something about how much they appreciate you or something you have accomplished. You have skills and talents. These are what make you shine. These are what set you apart from other people. These are a part of the reason people are drawn to you. Why would you fight that?
Appreciate the fact that people appreciate you. Instead of shutting somebody down when they want to tell you something good about yourself, say “Thank you.” Or, “Thank you, I appreciate that.” It doesn’t mean you have a big head just because you are aware of your talents. Open yourself to appreciation. You know you are good at what you are good at, so why not accept the accolades that come your way for it? Seriously.
