Chariot: When a Wheel is Lost

The Chariot Tarot Card

Staying Motivated

Sometimes it can feel like your chariot has lost a wheel. You know what we want to do and what you want to accomplish, but somehow can’t seem to motivate yourself to do it. Although we can visualize the steps needed to take in order to get what we want, we are having difficulty getting up and getting moving. This is when our chariot has lost a wheel.

We need to put that wheel back on so we can get busy. Great accomplishments don’t just happen all on their own. No. They are the result of effort- the effort we put into it. We need to find the motivation for that effort. Remind yourself that if you don’t find that motivation, all you are is somebody who had dreams, but not the wherewithal to make those dreams come true. Is that really how you want to be thought of?

Or would you rather project the image of somebody who had a vision of what they could accomplish without letting anything stop them? There is so much more to be said about somebody who accomplishes their dreams than there is about somebody who dreams without action, disallowing their dreams to become reality. Ultimately, it is your choice how you want people to think of you.

Be that person- the accomplisher, not the procrastinator. Secure all the wheels on your chariot, and accomplish your dreams. –Jim Larsen

The Chariot: Will They Forget You?

The Chariot Tarot Card

Chariot Tarot Card: Blazing a Trail to be Remembered For

You are the driver of your own Chariot. As such, it is up to you where it goes. What is meant by ‘Chariot?’ Your inner Chariot, that archetypal piece within you, is that part of you that instigates your drive and your ambition. What direction you go with this drive and ambition is completely your own decision to make.

Just remember this- what you will be remembered for is the trail you blaze, not the one you follow. Use your passions, ambitions, and desires to forge ahead to create a path that others will follow. Following the paths of others will take you to destinations that have already been discovered. True innovators find ways to destinations not yet reached. These are the destinations you will be remembered for. Let your inner Chariot take you in there. –– Jim Larsen

The Chariot: Don’t be a Loser Procrastinator

The Chariot Tarot Card

The Chariot of Tarot: Be the Accomplisher, not the Procrastinator

Your inner chariot is that which gives you the drive and the motivation to accomplish your dreams. Sometimes though, it can feel like your chariot has lost a wheel. You know what you want to do and what you want to accomplish but somehow can’t seem to motivate yourself to do it. You can visualize the steps you need to take in order to get what you want but are having difficulty getting up and getting moving. This is when your chariot has lost a wheel. That wheel needs to be put back on.

Find the motivation. Remind yourself that if you don’t, all you are is somebody who had dreams, but not the wherewithal to make those dreams come true. Ask yourself, is that really what you want? Or do you want the image of yourself to be one of the people who had a vision of what they could accomplish, and let nothing stop them from accomplishing it?

There is so much more to be said about somebody who accomplishes their dreams than there is about somebody who dreams without action to see their dreams through to reality. Be that person- the accomplisher, not the procrastinator.

Secure all the wheels on your chariot, and accomplish your dreams. Your dreams are worthwhile. If they were not, you would never have had them. Honor your dreams by doing all you can to bring them to fruition without excuses or procrastination. — Jim Larsen

The Chariot: No Limitations

The Fool’s Path Chariot Card

The Chariot Tarot Card: Accept no Limitations

The Chariot card of tarot is all about generating and maintaining momentum towards your goals and endeavors while not accepting limitations, especially those imposed by others. By not paying heed to the limits that others assume you must be restricted by, you achieve much greater things than they initially accept from you. They must now see and accept you in a different light. They cannot see you as limited anymore.

Your actions and your success speak for themselves. The burden is on them to accept you or not accept you, but either way, you are proving to yourself and to the world what your own abilities and your own worth are.

The Chariot is all about busting through the walls and the limits that are in front of us- that which others will be intimidated by and not being slowed down or deterred by them. The chariot is about harnessing our own power and setting and achieving our own goals, motivated by our own needs, and whatever anybody else thinks about it- so be it.

You have unlimited power. Limitations are limited to that which you accept. By not accepting limitations, you have none. Fire up your inner Chariot and fly! — Jim Larsen

The Chariot: Kick Your Life Into Gear

The Chariot Tarot Card: Dreams are the first step towards achievement, but there is more to do than just that

The Chariot tarot card reminds us to kick our life into gear. It is so easy to sit around thinking about all the great and wonderful things we will do one day, but to actually stop thinking and actually do them, takes effort and motivation. Do you want to be one of those people who does nothing but talk? No! So get up and get busy! Motivate yourself! Get things done!

Pick a goal- any goal. Now ask yourself, what all needs to happen to make this goal happen? Make a list if that helps. What is the first thing to do? Do it! What is something you can’t do until a bunch of other things get done first? Do those other things so you can get to it! Don’t just dream.

Dreams are great to realize our possibilities. But dreaming is only the first step in the process of achievement. Actually doing the work is what propels us to our goals. So dream visualize, and DO! This is the message of the Chariot tarot card today.
